Communication system

The communication system is composed of a mobile transmitter (FS) and a receiver (FE). The transmitter generates a radio signal which is detected by the receiver to produce a signal of the reception field strength corresponding to the distance of the transmitter w.r.t. the receiver. The reception field strength level is compared to a predetermined level corresponding to a predetermined distance. A signal is generated at the receiver when the reception level is below the preset level, to notify that the distance of the transmitter is greater than the predetermined distance value. The receiver may be held by an adult while the transmitter is attached to a child under supervision. The signal is pref. an acoustic warning.
