PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an aqueous dispersion of inorganic particles of good dispersion stability not to be thickened and gelled nor to generate sediments. SOLUTION: An aqueous dispersion is prepared by dispersion of gas phase process organic particles into an aqueous medium, and the average particle diameter of the inorganic particles after the dispersion is in the range of 0.05-0.9μm, and the attribute calculated by dispersing the particles in physiologic saline by 0.01 wt.% and attributing 1-30μm particles passing through the pores of an aperture tube for 30 seconds is 2,000 or less. A measuring device thereof is of multi-sizer 2 type, and the size of apertures of pores of the aperture tube is 50μm.
