PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser, which can inhibit the effect of return light to emitted light without causing an increase in the number of parts items, an increase in the size of the whole laser and an augmentation in power consumption. SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser 10 is constituted into a structure, wherein a resonator provided with one pair of reflecting mirrors 11f and 11r opposing to each other is constituted into such a structure that it has a Fabry-Perot resonator 11 installed on an Lin and obtains a constant light from the resonator 11 on a constant drive condition and the reflectivities Rf and Rr of the mirrors 11f and 11r are set so that the laser 10 absorbs a change in the intensity of emitted light due to a change in the phase of return light. |
