PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss component caused by a circulating current of a noise reducing commutating circuit. SOLUTION: A switching device S1 and an inductor M1b are connected in series between a positive terminal P of a DC power source and an output terminal t0 , and a switching device S4 and an inductor M16 are connected in series between a negative terminal N of the DC power source and the output terminal t0 . Capacitors C101, C104 are connected between P and N, and a first diode D1 and a capacitor C1 are connected in series between the junction of C101, C104 and the junction of S1 and M1a, and a second diode D7 and a second inductor L7 are connected in series between P and the junction of D1 and C1. And a third capacitor C4 and a third diode D4 are connected in series between the junction of M1b with S1 and the junction of C101 with C104. And a fourth inductor L10 and a fourth diode D10 are connected in series between N and the junction of C4 and D4. And constitution is so made that a circulating diode may form an arm in each of between t0 and P, and between N and t0 , respectively. In this case, circulating diodes are removed, and the first and the second windings of a three-winding inductor M1 are used as M1a and M1b, and the energy of M1 is regenerated in the power source PN through a diode from the third winding M1c. |
