PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a plurality of heat storage units disposed in a cylindrical outer pipe and ensure operation in low NOx emission while obtaining high heat storage capability by improving an industrial burner for preheating air in a regenerative manner. SOLUTION: Fuel supply means 12 is coaxially disposed at the center in an outer pipe extending from a burner head 8 as a start point, and two heat storage units 26, 27 alternately loaded with combustion air and combustion exhaust gas are disposed in coaxial two annular chambers 24, 25 with respect to the fuel supply means. Both annular chambers extend in the outer pipe over at least a part of an axial length of the fuel supply means surrounding the fuel supply means 12, and are positioned mutually radially inwardly and outwardly. Nozzle means 39, 40 operable alternately as an inlet nozzle and an outlet nozzle are disposed correspondingly to both annular chambers at an end of both annular chambers in opposition to the burner head 8. |
