PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an axial orientation characteristic of a magnetic anisotropy axis of magnet powder in a method, for making Nd-Fe-B magnet powder to a bulk magnet body by a current-carrying compression forming. SOLUTION: By filling an insulator powder 14 into a sidewall part of inner diameter side of an outer forming mold 11 and filling Nd-Fe-B magnet powder 15 inside of its face. Through current carrying, these are formed, so that when current-carrying compression is formed, an axial rotation of magnetic anisotropy axis of the magnet powder 15 which is caused by the insulator powder 14 applying pressure to the magnet powder 15 from the radial direction is suppressed, and the magnetic characteristics of the bulk magnet body is improved. |
