PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lid for sealing an opening part from an environment which is easy to manufacture and has high sealing effect, by providing a diaphragm in which a self seal access hole to the interior of a collection container can be formed and maintaining a negative pressure in the collection container. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 15 is formed of a flat disk-shaped self seal material in which a hole can be opened, for instance, elastomer or the like. The hole can be formed by piercing a needle into the diaphragm. The diaphragm 15 is used in relation to a vacuum collection tube 100 that can maintain the interior at a negative pressure. The collection tube is particularly useful to suck or collect a blood sample. The diaphragm 15 provides a self seal access for a lid 10 to an internal area of the collection tube 100, i.e., an upper chamber 115 through a ball 20. The lid 10 can be used together with the vacuum collection tube. The diaphragm 15 in which the hole can be formed is detachably capped to a path 21 of the ball 20. The diaphragm 15 can be detached after sampling, allowing the ball 20 to rotate in a socket 40. |
