PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for objectively and quantitatively executing an effect evaluation of an environmental load related to business activities. SOLUTION: A spot to consume/discharge an environmental load material and data on consumption/discharge amount of that spot are registered and pointed, weighting is set to each environmental load material corresponding to the level of an influence to apply the load to that environment, the weighting point is added to the said point and by using that weighted evaluation point, the level of the load to be applied to the environment between difference kinds of environmental load materials is evaluated as well. Thus, specific items for environmental load reduction can be selected with clear justification, and an objective environment managing action plan can be presented for the third person. |
