<p>PURPOSE:To properly determine the target compression pressure in response to the maximum blood pressure value of a measured person based on the pulse wave signal obtained in the pressor process in an automatic blood pressure measuring device measuring the blood pressure in the depressor process after the blood pressure is boosted to the target compression pressure. CONSTITUTION:The temporary maximum blood pressure value, average blood pressure value, and minimum blood pressure value are determined based on the pulse wave signal SM obtained in the pressor process in a cuff 10 by a control device 29, three kinds of fuzzy numbers indicating the height of the blood pressure values are determined based on individual blood pressure values, the membership function of three kinds of fuzzy numbers is synthesized, and the target cuff pressure is determined based on it. The individual reliability of the temporary blood pressure values is low, however the target cuff pressure is properly determined by the inference based on three kinds of fuzzy numbers.</p> |
