摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aq. coating finish method capable of forming a coating film having a good adhesiveness to a substrate and excellent in alkali sealability and having both of weatherability and durability equal to those of a solvent type coating film when coating finish is applied to the surface of an inorg. base material. SOLUTION: An undercoat material based on a fine particulate acryl silicone emulsion with a mean particle size of 0.01-0.10μm is applied to the surface of a building and a coating compsn. based on an emulsion propared by compounding a silane compd. represented by the formula with a crosslinking type aq. emulsion is applied to the coated surface of the building. In the formula, R1 is an aryl group; R2 is hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, a 1-8C alkyl group or alkenyl group or cycloalkyl group, a 1-3C alkoxy group, an aryl group, a vinyl group, an alkyl acrylate group or an alkyl methacrylate group; R3 is a 1-3C alkoxy group, an acetoxy group or a hydroxyl group; n is an integer of 1-2; and m is an integer of 0-1.
