PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reuse of a pen needle used already by providing a tightening ring locking a skirt of a pen needle assembly in a cavity. SOLUTION: A pen needle assembly which is used already and of which shield is released is inserted into a tapered opening in a cavity 31 down to a lock position where a terminal part 107 thereof comes in contact with a shelf 43 in the cavity 31. At the position, a tightening flange 106 at a proximal end 109 of an opening of a skirt 101 is engaged with a tightening ring 48 to lock the pen needle assembly in the cavity 31. At this time, a drug feeding out pen can be pulled out of the skirt 101 due to leaving of the pen needle assembly from the terminal part thereof. Then, a user can rotate a cover in the clockwise direction toward the next cavity 31 having a pen needle which is not used yet and is shielded. |
