PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transfer image which is excellent in heat transfer characteristics and can be printed in a high speed and has excellent resistance to rubbing. SOLUTION: This recording medium is provided with a hot-melt ink layer on a substrate directly or through a release layer. In this case, the ink layer contains a colorant, a polyester resin (whose Tg and Mn are respectively pref. 30-50 deg.C and 15,000-20,000) and a diphenyl sulfone deriv. as main ingredients. |
