PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a cable at the same time as when an existing drain pipe is revised, and to install the cable efficiently. SOLUTION: A soft pipe 10 made of synthetic resin is inserted into an existing drain pipe 30 from a manhole for the revision of the drain pipe 30. An optical cable 20 is laid on the outer surface of the pipe 10 in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 10, and in this state, the pipe 10 is inserted into the drain pipe 30 to install the optical cable 20 at the same time, when the existing drainpipe 30 is revised. |
