PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of NC devices required in accordance with the types and the number of motors and to reduce the number of wirings connecting the NC devices and drivers in the motor controller of an automatic machine. SOLUTION: The NC part 3 of the controller 1 adds driver type information 28 of a motor control method and address information on the motor drivers to target command data and sequentially transfers it to the plural motor drivers as serial data. Only data addressed to it itself is received and data which is not addressed to it itself is sequentially transferred to the other motor drivers on the side of the plural motor drivers. The motor driver receiving data addressed to it itself controls the motor based on received type information of the motor control method.
