<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject control unit designed to properly conduct humidification maintenance operations despite disusing a hygrosensor in an unpolished rice storehouse over a long period. SOLUTION: This control unit works as follows: in a farm product storehouse where a farm product is stored at low temperatures while feeding the storehouse with cooling air, there are equipped with a dehumidifying means and a humidifying means; the difference between a target in-house humidity and actual in-house humidity is predicted based on the weight-varying rate of the farm product in the storehouse, an in-house control means is provided to give an actuation command to the humidifying or dehumidifying means so as to obviate the above difference, and the temperature of air subject to humidity conditioning by the above means is previously adjusted to a set in-house temperature and the resulting air is fed into the storehouse; by monitoring the weight-varying rate of the farm product by a weight measuring means set up inside the storehouse, the moisture-varying rate of the farm product can be predicted, and in its turn, while the difference between a target ideal humidity and actual humidity is predicted, the humidifying or dehumidifying means is set in motion for the purpose of obviating the above difference.</p> |
