<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transmission in excess transmission power in the case a plurality of kinds of data with different communication quality requirements are multiplexed and sent through one radio channel. SOLUTION: The transmitter is provided with a multiplexer means 23 that multiplexes pluralities of kinds of data in frames where different communication quality is required. The transmitter transmits pluralities of data with different data kinds through one radio channel. The transmitter is also provided with a power control means 25 that changes transmission power fed to the radio channel, depending on the quality required of data kinds of each data to be sent to the radio channel every time.</p> |
