PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit without requiring externally connected parts by connecting plural field effect transistor in parallel to an output terminal of an IC on the feeding side of a signal and on/off-controlling a current driven- type switch element which is provided for an IC on a reception side. SOLUTION: Plural field effect transistors Q1, Q2 and Q3 the drains of which connected to an output terminal 12 in common are provided in IC 11 on the feeding side of a control signal from a signal source 13. They are controlled to be at an on-stage by the control signal outputted from the signal source 13 and therefore current I1+I2+I3 which is the sum of currents I1, I2 and I3 flowing in the field effect transistors Q1, Q2 and Q3 is given to the current driven-type switch element 23 which is provided for other IC21. Then, the switch element 23 is on/off-controled. Thus, mutual connection of IC is simplified, and mounting density can be enhanced. |
