PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flatten a spectral characteristic and to improve durability by increasing the reflectivity on the short wavelength side of an inside surface reflection mirror. SOLUTION: An under-coating 20 consisting of an ISO film 21 having a refractive index higher than the refractive index of a substrate 10 made of plastic or glass, a ZnS film 22 and an Al2 O3 film 23 is disposed on the surface of the substrate 10 and a reflection film 30 of Ag is formed thereon. The surface thereof is provided with an over-coating 40 consisting of a Cr film 41, an Al2 O3 film 42 and an SiO2 film 43. The SiO film 21 of the under-coating 20 has high adhesive power to the substrate 10 and the ZnS film 22, etc., intensify the reflectivity on the short wavelength side. |
