<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high density electric connector capable of transmitting high frequency signals without causing deterioration. SOLUTION: An electric plug 10 has a frame 18 having two crossbars 20, 22, two plates 24, 26, a plurality of walls 28, 30, and forming three channels; three insulating support parts having fingers housed in these channels; and a plurality of contact members 36 arranged on each finger and forming three rows, and a receptacle 12 has a frame 40 having two walls 44, 46 and 24, 26 mounted on a base plate 42 and extending toward the front and the rear, and many paths arranged on both sides of the wall extending forward; a plurality of insulating support parts 52, 54, 56, 58 accepting a plurality of contact springs 60 and arranged within the paths of the frame 40; and a plurality of contact springs 60 arranged in each supporting part and forming three contact rows.</p> |
