<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet with which insertion workability can be improved and the sound insulation performance can be improved. SOLUTION: A grommet 30 has a small diameter wire fitting part 31, to which the outer circumference of a wire 1 piercing through a through-hole 5a of a panel 5 is fitted, a large diameter panel fitting part 32 which has a fitting groove 34 fitted to the circumferential edge of the through-hole of the panel on its outer circumference, a tapered part 33 formed so as to have the wire fitting part continuous to the panel fitting part, a sealing material filling inner cylinder 37 which is provided inside the panel fitting part with a space 40 therebetween, and furthermore, whose base side end is continuous with the wire fitting part and whose tip side end is opened to cast a sealing material and a lip 39 which is formed continuing radially outward in direction from the edge of the sealing material filling cylinder continuously and made to adhere to a sound insulation material 6 layered on the rear surface of the panel for closing an opening 6a of the sound insulation material 6 corresponding to the through-hole.</p> |
