PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an unsatd. polyester resin compsn. which is easily colored, is excellent in low-pressure low-temp. moldability, and can give a fiber-reinforced molding material which can reduce mold clamping time and is easily releasable, and to obtain a fiber-reinforced molding material and a sheetlike molding material both produced by using this compsn. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises an unsatd. polyester resin obtd. by reacting a polybasic acid component essentially contg. anα,β-unsatd. polybasic acid or an anhydride thereof with a polyhydric alcohol in the presence of a compd. selected from among triesters of phosphorus and phosphoric acids; a polymrizable monomer; and heavy calcium carbonate having a presentative particle size of 0.08-1.0μm. The fiber-reinforced molding material is obtd. by further compounding this compsn. with a shrinkage reducing agent, a curing agent, and a fibrous reinforcement. The sheetlike molding material is obtd. by sheeting the fiber-reinforced molding material.
