PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance laminated chip inductor that has low direct current resistance at low cost without increasing the number of windings. SOLUTION: A throughhole 2 is formed at a required position on a ferrite sheets 1, then a conductor paste is printed to form a coil pattern 3. Sheets with the same pattern are laminated to drive a part of the coil conductor and connect the parts using a throughhole conductor. This process is repeated to form a coil. |
