<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chip type electronic part transporting equipment which can instantly detect transportation trouble, prevent the electronic part or supply/ fetching path from being damaged, and lighten a load applied on the electronic part. SOLUTION: A plurality of storage recesses 2 in each of which one chip type electronic part C is stored are provided at equal pitch intervals on the outer periphery of a transportation table 1 rotated and driven in a constant direction, and a supply path 10a and a fetching path are provided near the outer periphery of the transportation table 1. An optical sensor 13 is positioned for watching the gap between the supply path 10a and the transportation table 1, and between the transportation table 1 and the fetching path 12a and for detecting transportation trouble quickly.</p> |
