<p>The automobile has a control which operates at least one of the electric side windows, so that it is opened automatically by a given amount, when the size of the opening (14) revealed by opening the sliding roof (15) reaches a given point, with automatic closure of the side window when the sliding roof is at least partially closed. At least one side window may be opened automatically to a level which is sufficient to prevent booming when the vehicle is travelling at high velocities with the sliding roof open, and a control unit (19) is provided connected on the input side to a manual selector switch and to the electric window drive motor (12) on the output side.</p> |
