PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio tag processing system for easily executing the inspection and restoration of data alteration accompanied with the severe environmental change of a non-volatile memory. SOLUTION: A data processing to a radio tag A equipped with a non-volatile memory 14 in which data alteration is made possible according to an environmental condition is operated in this radio tag processing system. The data of the non-volatile memory 14 are read and preserved before the change of the environmental condition that the possibility of the data alteration of the non-volatile memory 14 of the radio tag A is generated. After the change of the environmental condition, the data read from the non-volatile memory 14 are compared with the data of the non-volatile memory 14 preserved before the change so that the justification of the data stored in the non-volatile memory 14 accompanied with the change the environmental condition can be verified.
