The device comprises a single laminar piece in the form of a T whose foot has a central opening which is open towards one of the edges whilst the central part joining the arms of the T has a planar-base shaping, the profile constituting the foot of the T being curved by having been pulled, overlapping above the central part of said T and being stapled via its end on the edge opposite its pulling-out. The distance between the foot of the T folded over the joining area of both arms and the plane of the latter is greater than the height of the central shaping, allowing the existence of a gap between both. <IMAGE>
