PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a speedy temperature rise and quick-startup steam generation. SOLUTION: A support member 11 comprising insulating material is installed on a rear part of a heating chamber 1, and a high frequency current is supplied to a coil 13 wound around an outer circumferential wall of the support member 11 to generate a magnetic flux, so a cylindrical hating element 12 is induction- heated. Air in the heating chamber 1 is sucked by a fan 17 to be sent to the outer circumferential side to get on contact with the heating element 12, where it is heated to return to the heating chamber 1. As a water feed pump 20 feeds water to a water injecting tube 19, water dropped from a water discharge port 18 is applied to the fan 17 to scatter as fine water drops, which get in contact with the heating element 12 to be vaporized to be steam. |
