The damper system is designed for quickly-operating switch-off semiconductor keys. Unique characteristics: A branch, consisting of the capacitor (C) connected in series to the diode (D2), is connected in parallel to the semiconductor key (T). The anode of the diode (D1) is connected through the terminals of the main circuit of the auxiliary field-effect transistor (T1) to the central point of the branch, which consists of the choking coil (L) connected in series to the diode (D2). The other terminal of the latter is connected to the positive terminal (Z1) of the power source. The control circuit of the auxiliary field-effect transistor (T1) contains a Zener diode (DZ) connected in parallel, and the entire circuit is connected through the resistor (R) to the negative terminal (Z2) of the power source, together with the cathode of the diode (D1) and one of the terminals of the key (T).
