<p>The system is desigend for mechanical handling of transportmachines working in a fire-risk and explosion-risk medium. It canbe applied to diesel engines to which a fuel injection pumpcontrolled by one lever is mounted. It controls the parameterswhich are related to the explosion-free facility of the machine,such as the pressure in the lubrication system of the engine, thetemperature of the cooling fluid and of the exhaust gases, thesurface temperature, and others. The system is designed in twocircuits. The high pressure circuit, effecting the start-up ofengine (2) includes a hydraulic starter motor (1), a two-way valve(3), start-up (4) and interlocking (13) hydraulic distributor,pneumohydroaccumulator (8), safety (11) and unloading (21) valveand components for feeding the system. The low pressure circuitmonitors the control parameters and switches off the engine and ismade of a four-way distributer (16), temperature sensors (17) andcontrol cylinders (15).3 claims, 3 figures</p> |
