The machine is comprised of an assembly consisting of an external casing and has a projecting support for a rotary head and, mounted thereon, a rockable assembly with an arm having a pointed stick and a rotary cap. Said assembly faces a rotary drum having a groove through which is provided a blade-holder arm of which the extremity is provided with a sensor-discharger which is oblique with an angle of 20-25 DEG with respect to the axis of the blade-holder arm towards the outside and forming the fruit separator; the head is inserted into a groove of its rotary shaft with selective positions and is removable; the rotary head has blades with brackets arranged backwards with respect to the rotation feed; a set of gears is actuated by the motor; the blade-holder arm bears against a cam which keeps a minimum distance between the blade and pointed stick-axis, and the head. Application to the fabrication of machines for peeling fruit and vegetables which have a skin. |
