PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve elasticity and binding force and suppress the reduction in charging and discharging cycle life characteristic by including a rubber polymer and a coupling agent in a current collector base as a binder, in an electrode for supporting an active material mix. SOLUTION: A binder, containing a rubber polymer and a coupling agent, is blended to the active material mix of an electrode. or only the rubber polymer may be blended in the active material mix, and the rubber polymer and the coupling agent, or the coupling agent may be applied to a current collector base. PTFF may be applied to the electrode surface, in which the active material mix containing the rubber polymer and the coupling agent is supported by the electrode. As the rubber polymer, a polymer latex having, as a main frame, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer and the like can be used. Examples of the coupling agent include γ-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane, acetoalkoxy aluminum-diisopropylate and the like. |
