PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connecting terminal having superior longterm reliability of electrical connection by restricting loosening of a connecting condition in a connection part of a connecting terminal with a flat cable. SOLUTION: An electrical connecting terminal is provided with a flat surface part 1a and plural standing parts 1b provided in both side edges of the flat surface part 1a. A tip 1d of each standing part 1b is fitted to a flat cable 9, in such a way that it is passed through an insulating coating 91 of the flat cable 9 with a flat conductor 92 and reversed in a direction which makes them approach close to each other.
