PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor and time of data setting. SOLUTION: An inputting part 4 fetches an input signal and successively stores it in an input table 6. A set data table 6 preliminarily stores setting data to perform comparison setting at the time of a normal operation. A comparing means 9A successively compares data of the table 6 with set data of the table 7 in each operation item and detects an operation item of non-coincidence of both data states. Abnormality (1) is stored in an abnormal item data producing means 8 as abnormality at the time of non-coincidence and on the other hand, an operation abnormal stop signal 5 is outputted to an indicator 11 of a display processing part 2. An abnormal item display data producing means 10 produces display of a system diagram and display data for lighted display of a message and a symbol based on stored data and outputs them to the indicator 11. |
