PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater mirror which is low in cost and exhibits golder or bronze colors. SOLUTION: One layer of reflection thin film 12 consisting of a material mixture composed of aluminum and fluoride which has reflectivity of about >=40%, has a sheet resistance value of about 1 to 32Ω/(square), exhibits the golden or bronze colors, is capable of decreasing the UV rays in reflected light and makes it possible to obtain bright reflected images, is formed on one surface of a mirror substrate 11. Electrodes 14 are connected to one layer of such reflection thin film 12. As a result, the cost is lower than the conventional heater mirrors formed with the reflection film consisting of two layers. Even more the golden or bronze colors are exhibited by the reflection thin film 12 consisting of the material mixture composed of the aluminum and the fluoride. In addition, the UV rays in the reflected light may be decreased and/or the bright reflected images are obtainable.
