PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has high in prevention of a toner adhesion property and is high maintainability without lowering flaw resistance and an electrophotographic device including this electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The surface of this electrophotographic photoreceptor consists of an amorphous material contg. silicon atoms. The surface of the base of the photoreceptor consists of a metal formed with ruggedness by plural spherical traces and recesses on its front surface. The ten point average roughness Rz at a reference length of 2.5 m of the photoreceptor surface is 0.72 [μm]<=Rz<=1.25 [μm].
