PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vehicle that is automatically steered or a vehicle group that travels in a vertical line smoothly travel at a joining point. Thus, because the lane 2 that is a merging side lane before and behind the point 4 is made empty even if a vehicle that is about to merge the point 4 form an approach ramp 5 exists, it is possible for the merging vehicle to merge safely and also smoothly.
