The door hinge comprises a fixed support, connected to the doorframe, on which is mounted a spindle (7). The spindle is engaged in a socket (16) on a movable support (17) fixed to the door leaf. The spindle pivots on an eccentric (8) on the fixed support. The socket has a sleeve (20) with an eccentric bore (21) which receives the fixed support spindle. The spindle has a nut (14B) which can be turned by a spanner for controlling its rotation. The sleeve has a ring (24) enabling it to be rotated with an appropriate tool.
