PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality image with stable image-density by the steady detection of a T/C(toner/carrier) ratio. SOLUTION: The waveform of a development bias is formed from the waveform of a high frequency wave of 8 kHz and a blank between the waveforms, thereby enabling highly-precise image formation. Patch toner-images on a photoreceptive drum can be read supersensitvely by forming the black toner-image at low resolution, for example, 200 L (the number of lines), and the color-toner image at high resolution, for example, 400 L (the number of lines). |
