PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically fetch the data of answer results into a database upon receiving the answer results of a questionnaire in the case of executing the questionnaire investigation intended for many people by using an electronic mail. SOLUTION: An questionnaire executing person distributes a questionnaire answering software having an answer input screen 310 that is set by combining several user interface parts 302 to 309 in accordance with an investigation objective of the questionnaire to questionnaire answers. Then, answer results that questionnaire answers input in the answer input screen are embedded with a management code, textualized and transmitted to a specified address. Thereafter, when the questionnaire executing person executes a questionnaire receiving software, it accesses to a mail server, at once receives an electronic mail for describing questionnaire results and analyzes the management code, and fetches it into a specified database. |
