PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and easily manufacture a small dielectric, resonator of high performance in small number of processes by burning a stacked body obtained by positioning wires made of resin between the dielectric green sheets of two layers at a specified temperature, providing through-holes which pass through dielectric ceramic and providing inner/outer electrodes for the through- hole and on the surface of ceramic. SOLUTION: Wires 32 are sandwiched by dielectric green sheets 31, and a stacked body is provided. The stacked body is burnt at the temperature of 800-1,600 deg.C and the through holes passing through dielectric ceramic are provided. Then, the inner electrode and the outer electrode are provide for through- holes and on the surface of dielectric ceramic by conductive electrodes. When the burning temperature is lower than 800 deg.C, the resin wires 32 do not burn completely, ash content remains, and this is not preferable. When the burning temperature is >=1,600 deg.C, the burning temperature is too high, the dielectric green sheets 31 become soft, an element form is deformed and this is also not preferable. The diameters of the wires 32 are set through the dielectric tangent of the target dielectric element. |
