PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate causes of clogging that is caused at least during a conveyance to loads, and to prevent the clogging that occurs at the time of separation of separated water beforehand, by separating the part of an ice water slurry from an outer pipe part by a separated water piping part, and by discharging it outside through a separated water flow quantity control valve after the separation. SOLUTION: After an inner pipe part 11, an outer pipe part 12, etc., of an ice packing factor regulator are put in their full water condition, a valve travel of a separated water quantity control valve 16 is adjusted to regulate ice packing factor of an ice water slurry 10. Velocity of flow is controlled, so that the velocity of flow at the outlet of the inner pipe part 11 becomes 0.5 m/sec or higher at the start of the conveyance of the ice water slurry 10. The valve travel of the separated water flow quantity control valve 16 is adjusted, so that the ice packing factor of the ice water slurry at the outlet of the inner pipe part 11 becomes 30 %, or lower. In case of clogging, the valve which is arranged in the downstream side of the ice packing factor regulator is closed, and the separated water flow quantity control valve 16 is fully opened. Water is let flow backward from the separated water piping to the downstream side of the ice packing factor regulator, so that the ice that is blocking can be removed quickly. |
