PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting plate which can control the directivity of reflected light and can easily install a metal vapor-deposited layer as well. SOLUTION: This plate is provided with a transparent base material 1 having a repetitive structure of prismatic unevenness, a burying layer 2 which is different in a refractive index from the transparent base material and buries the recessed parts of the prismatic unevenness and a reflecting layer 3 which is arranged on one side of the transparent base material. Consequently, the outgoing direction of reflected light can be controlled by adjusting the angle of refraction of the reflected light passed through a reflecting layer in accordance with the tilt angle of the prismatic unevenness and the diffractive index difference with the burying layer and a metal vapor-deposited layer can easily be installed without necessitating to form the surface where the reflecting layer of the transparent base material is provided into a complicated shape. |
