PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor receptor system which can easily receive visitors at an event place in considerably short time. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving the visitor, a receptionist side receives two cards from the visitor (step 101) and an IC label is stuck to one card A (the first visitor display object) by an adhesion part formed at the back of the IC label. Then, the visitor is caused to carry the visitor display object (card A) with IC label (step 104). At the time of receiving the visitor, an identification code which is previously or subsequently stored in the IC label is primitively filled by writing in one card B (the second visitor display object) in the two received cards (step 103). Attribute information on the name, the company name and the telephone number of the visitor and the identification code are registered to a host from a terminal based on the card B with identification code (step 105). |
