An addition crosslinkable silicon rubber mixture (I) consists of (A) 100 pts. of an alkenyl group containing linear or branched organopolysiloxane having at least 2 alkenyl groups and a viscosity of 0.01-30,000 Pas, (B) a hydrogen siloxane with at least 20 SiH groups per molecule in an amount such that the molar ratio of all Si-H groups to Si-bonded alkenyl groups is at least 1.5, (C) a Pt or Rh catalyst and optionally an inhibitor, (D) 0.1-10 pts.of an alkoxysilane and at least one epoxy group and/or an alkoxysilane with at least an epoxy group, (E) 0-200 pts. of a filler, optionally surface modified, (F) optionally other processing aids and/or (G) peroxide. Also claimed are: (i) a process for the production of (I) by mixing (A) with (E) followed by mixing with further (A), (B), catalyst (C), (D) optionally (F) and (G); and (ii) a process for the production of a laminated moulded article containing (I) whereby (I) is prepared in 2 partial mixtures by (a) mixing (A), catalyst (C) and optionally (E) and/or (F) and (b) mixing (A), (B), (D) and optionally (E), (F) and/or inhibitor (C) and the two mixtures are brought together in the injection moulding apparatus or in a mixing head containing a static mixer. |
