<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wasteful use of resources and the increases of radioactive wastes by improving the reliability of a rotating body inspection device by rationalizing the exchanging frequency of the device by improving the reliability of the device by making the inspection of the rotating body of the device easier. SOLUTION: A centrifugal clarifying machine is hung so as to surround an opening formed through a shielding floor 4 and the clarifying machine is enclosed by providing a shielding plug 2 above the machine. Then an inspection rod 6 provided with an inspection device 7 is inserted into the rotating body 1 of the clarifying machine through the shielding plug 2 and a winding-up mechanism 9 which moves the inspection rod 6 upward and downward to an arbitrary position by winding up a rope 8 hanging the upper end of the rod 6 is provided. In addition, a position detecting mechanism 10 which detects the height position of the rod 6, a radiation shielding container 11 which houses the rod 6, and a door valve device 12 which seals the container 11 are provided.</p> |
