PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device where an inclination error caused by certain looseness in a shaft is lessened to improve the inclination setting accuracy by a method, wherein a first deflecting means which deflects a laser beam emitted from a light source at right angles is provided to a laser projector, and a second deflecting means which deflects a laser beam sent from the first deflecting means at right angles is provided to a rotating irradiator. SOLUTION: A control means computes the amount of drive so as to form a laser reference plane in a prescribed direction, based on detection signals outputted from a first and a second rotation angle detector, 1700 and 1800. A frame drive means 8100 (second drive means), a laser projector drive means 8200, and a rotary irradiator drive means 8300 (first drive means) are driven. When compound inclinations in two directions are set by a setting means, the control means computes on the basis of set data to form a prescribed laser reference plane. An automatic rectifier 2000 enables the control means to make the center of rotation of the frame coincide with the direction of a vertical line on the basis of data obtained through a first inclination sensor 1610 and a second inclination sensor 1620. A laser beam which scans in a horizontal plane can be used to level from an attained height detected on a measurement object, and a ground reference point can be shifted in a vertical direction and set. |
