PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the positioning precision of a toner scraping and collecting member capable of preventing toner from infiltrating to the side of a photoreceptor drum at the magnetic sealing part of a developing roller. SOLUTION: The blade mount plane 12i of a developing frame body 12 is provided with bosses 12i1 and 12i2 and a female screw 12i3. The round hole 9d3 of a blade sheet metal 9d1 is fit to the boss 12i1, and the round hole 15a and the long hole 15b of the toner scraping and collecting member 15 are fit to the bosses 12i1 and 12i2 projecting from the sheet metal 9d1, then a small screw 23 is inserted through the holes 15c and 9d5 and driven in the female screw 12i3. The position of the member 15 with respect to a developing frame body 12 is accurately fixed. Assembly man-hour is reduced.
