PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain current consumption by turning on a first switch circuit, turning off a second switch circuit and preventing current from flowing to a reference transistor and plural operation transistors. SOLUTION: A constant current source which supplies, a constant current to an IREF terminal is provided in IC. When the constant current of the constant current source is cut, the potential becomes the potential of VDD based on the structure of the constant current source. In such a case, a switch circuit 3 is turned on, and the switch circuit 4 is turned off by giving an H potential to a control terminal 11. Thus, H-level potential (VDD power potential: H potential) is given to the gate of the reference transistor 1 and is turned off. H potential is given to the gate of the operation transistor and is turned off based on the structure of the constant current source. Thus, constant current supplied from the IRFE terminal 10 is cut, and current does not flow in the reference transistor 1 and the operation transistors. |
