SOLUTION: Plural contacts 110 each of which is equipped with a solder ball fusing surface 111 with a designated area is formed at its one end. The plural contacts 110 and their solder ball fusing surfaces 111 are arranged so as to expose to a mounting side surface and an insulator 120 to hold these plural contacts 110 is provided. A hole 131 for the solder ball in which a part of the corresponding solder ball fusing surface 111 with a designated area is opened at a position corresponding to each arranged solder ball fusing surface and a mold layer 130 molded so as to cover the mounting side surface of the insulator 120, the solder ball fusing surfaces 111 of the plural contacts 110 and their peripheral part with a designated thickness is provided. Plural solder balls 140 which are fused to the solder ball fusing surfaces 111 exposed in the holes 131 for solder balls and which spherically project from the surface of the mold layer 130 are provided.
