FAX MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a FAX(facsimile equipment) management system by which a client surely recognizes the fact the facsimile data addressed to the own client are received in the case that either FAX connected to a LAN(local area network) receives the facsimile data. SOLUTION: When a retrieval means 33 retrieves a group to which a client belongs, facsimile data are transferred to a storage device (storage medium) in the group. At the same time, in the case that the storage device does not belong to the same group as a FAX having a reception means 32, the information relating to reception of the facsimile data is informed for the FAX in the same group as the storage device.
